Clearing Your Website Cache

To ensure the latest data is captured by WP Statistics, you may need to clear your website’s cache if you’re using a caching plugin. Here’s how to do it with some of the most popular plugins:

Purging Your CDN Cache

If you’re using a CDN (Content Delivery Network) like Cloudflare or KeyCDN, it’s also important to purge your CDN cache to ensure updated data flow. Here’s how to do it with some of the commonly used CDNs:

Excluding WP Statistics from Caching

To optimize tracking performance, we recommend excluding WP Statistics-related files (such as tracker.js) from being cached by your caching plugin or CDN. This step ensures that tracking remains consistent, even when caching is active.

Verify Cache Clearance

After you’ve cleared both the website and CDN caches, open your website in an incognito or private browsing window. Browse a few pages and then check your WP Statistics dashboard to confirm that the data is updating correctly.
