When Does My License Expire?
Your WP Statistics license may expire under the following conditions:
- Payment Failure: If your registered payment method is declined during the subscription renewal process for your add-ons.
- Manual Cancellation: If you’ve disabled automatic renewals and reach the end of your current subscription period.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval of a refund request for your add-ons subscription.
You can easily monitor your subscription status through your WP Statistics account dashboard, where you’ll find details such as “Next Payment Date”.
Renewal Process Notifications
To ensure uninterrupted service, WP Statistics implements the following notification system:
- A friendly reminder several days prior to your scheduled renewal.
- A timely alert if your payment method is approaching expiration.
In case of a failed renewal attempt, you’ll receive an email, allowing you a grace period to update your payment information. It’s crucial to address any issues quickly, as multiple failed attempts will result in the irreversible cancellation of all associated add-on license keys.

- Keeping your account email address current
- Ensuring our communications are not filtered as spam
What Happens If My License Expires?
If your WP Statistics add-ons license expires, the following changes will occur:
- Continued Operation: The core WP Statistics plugin will remain active on your site without interruption, but access to the new premium features provided by the add-ons will be limited.
- Loss of Updates: You will no longer receive updates for the add-ons, including bug fixes and security patches. It is essential to keep your add-ons updated to ensure the security and functionality of your site.
- Support Services: Access to technical support for your add-ons will be terminated.
- Download Restrictions: You will not be able to download the add-on files or any future versions once your license has expired.
- Expiration Reminders: You will receive reminders about your expired license both in your WordPress admin panel and on your WP Statistics account page.
- New Site Registrations: The expired license key cannot be used to register on a new site, even if you’re recovering or reinstalling a backup of a previously registered site.
Please note that while expired add-ons may continue to function initially, we cannot guarantee their long-term compatibility or performance.
